Purchasing Coordinator - Mijas

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our growing team in Mijas, Malaga. This role is crucial in managing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, and product management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process purchase orders
Monitor stock levels and place orders
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life
Analyze and manage procurement costs
Work closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the home decor or retail industry
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Office tools and ERP systems
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Language: Strong English and Spanish skills
Need to be located in the Malaga area
