Reporting to the Purchasing Lead, the main purposes of the roles are:Aeronautical Purchasing Clerk: execute and control all supply needs, following up on assigned team suppliers.Non Aeronautical Purchasing Clerk: Ensure the procurement of non-aeronautical material, the correct monitoring of the cost of each contract and supplier.Responsibilities / Activities:Aeronautical Purchasing ClerkManage the supply needs of the technical team.Ensure that all the information required must be completed.Follow up with the supplier to ensure compliance with the required dates.Find the best option in date and cost and place the orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing supplier incidents.Custom clearance management with the forwarder and transportation.Organize the transportation of aircraft and special items.Management and control of the supplier's contracts.AOG PO management direct contact with technician, and weekend guard.Monitoring and control of all supplies from assigned suppliers.Record all the documentation related to each need in the database.Improvement in the purchasing process.Non-Aeronautical Purchasing ClerkControl and supervision of all non-aeronautical general services purchasing categories assigned to you.Positioning of orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing supplier incidents.Coordination with bases, management of internal customer incidents.Reporting of KPIs associated with suppliers and categories.Improvement and cost reduction actions.Core Capabilities:Knowledge of special transport and custom clearance.Good relationship with suppliers.Medium degree of autonomy for decision making.High degree of autonomy to carry out the tasks entrusted.Teamwork.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum requirements:High level of administrative computer skills.Proficiency in office automation, Excel, and databases.Knowledge of customs and special transportation.Languages: English, minimum intermediate level.Person accustomed to working with short deadlines for delivery.Attention to detail.Previous experience in a similar position.Preferred requirements:Power BI knowledge
