Job Description Negotiates with suppliers and ensures items are ordered and approved within the specified cut-off.Coordinates with the requestor's correct product specifications to ensure orders are correct and follow-up deliveries from suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of orders.Continuous product sourcing to find alternative items and supplier development to obtain several sources. Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain or a related field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.Excellent communication, negotiation and understanding of purchasing principles and procedures.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and procurement platforms.
