Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Buyer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment Primary duties Support on purchase orders: Assist in the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Control of material reception: Oversee and record the reception of materials and goods, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity standards. Maintain supplier databases up to date: Keep the supplier database up-to-date, including contact details, pricing, and lead times.
Support in research potential suppliers: Conduct research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their products and services to improve procurement options.
Support in negotiating better prices: Assist the purchasing team in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
Inventory Maintenance and Stock Management: Support inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and discrepancies are avoided.
Support in logistics tasks, including parcel deliveries and withdrawals, ensuring timely and efficient transport.
Coordinate with logistics providers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Book travel arrangements for events , including hotels, flights, trains, and other transportation.
Organize travel itineraries and ensure alignment with event schedules and team requirements.
Handle last-minute changes in bookings and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
Qualifications Proficient in English.
Experience with Odoo ERP (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
Experience as a purchasing assistant or supporting a logistics/administrative function. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
