Your ResponsibilitiesControlling all aspects of ordering from raising initial purchase orders, sending to suppliers and delivery of stock into NAVAdministering order acknowledgements/confirmations including follow up and to take actions on deviations from purchase ordersGiving purchasing support to internal usersIdentifying, preparing and proposing sourcing activitiesUpdating stock records accordinglyOnboarding (evaluation and approval) of suppliersEnsuring imports are organized with relevant customs requirements
Our RequirementsA degree in logistics, economics or supply chain management or related field1-2 years of work experience in administration and service preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge of MS Office skillsVery good command of English language; other language skills will be an asset
