The ideal candidate will lead the procurement process, ensuring we source the highest quality products at competitive prices while maintaining efficient stock control systems.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills who can manage supplier relationships and contracts, optimize purchasing processes, and ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform, Shopify.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Management:Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with reliable suppliers.Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreements.Analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions.Inventory & Stock Control:Oversee and optimize inventory levels to meet business needs.Implement and manage an inventory system, including creating and managing SKUs.Ensure smooth integration of inventory software with our Shopify platform for real-time stock tracking.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely deliveries.Provide insights and recommendations on inventory management to enhance operational efficiency.Requirements:Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement and stock control management.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with experience in inventory software integration (preferably with Shopify).Excellent command of English; Chinese language skillsare a plus.Advanced skills in Excel and other inventory management programs.Prior experience in creating and managing SKUs.Strategic mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.Why Join Wolfiek Group?Be part of an innovative, forward-thinking team in a growing industry.Opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated professional ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
