About the job In Finance, we are mainly in charge of those sets of administrative tasks that support business operations and provide economic insights for ensuring the best resource allocation for high performance and growth. This is a crucial role as we need to monitor and enhance our Finance Operations and your main tasks will include: Perform daily purchase requisitions for HQ, including miscellaneous services and back-office supplies. This involves creating purchase orders (P.O.), tracking the approval process, confirming with suppliers, and receiving and supporting invoice compliance. Manage vendor-related tasks, including records and payment preparation. Assist in the fulfilment and recording of vendor invoices, ensuring proper flow of documentation. Maintain direct and effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely coordination. Manage the purchasing area email, providing follow-up on inquiries and coordination. Manage spending platforms managed by the company, such as Cledara, Amazon, and Payhawk, among others. Provide general support to the financial team in daily administrative and accounting tasks, contributing to the fulfilment of the area's objectives. About you 3+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor management or similar areas. Professional English fluency. Ability to manage multiple platforms and spend tools. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and organization in administrative tasks.
