Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with vendor companies, organizing written and verbal contracts, and following up on contracts and specifications approved by the Controller and Resort Manager.
- Evaluate material requests, obtain quotations from three different companies, analyze the quality and price of the incoming quotations, and discuss the results with the department manager when necessary.
- Ensure that the selected products meet user needs in terms of standard and quality.
- Prepare order letters for suitable offers and submit them for approval to the Department Manager, Controller, and Resort Manager.
- Notify relevant companies of approved orders in writing and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop commercial relations by meeting with company officials and representatives.
- Identify alternative companies that can supply materials above the Company's quality standards to increase diversity and reduce dependencies.
- Ensure all reports are prepared accurately and on time.
