This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment with the Global Scientific Communications team that is always innovating and striving for excellence in Publications to help transform care and improve patients' lives.Accountabilities:As the Publication Ops Manager, you will be responsible for project management support to the GBS Pubs team for the end-to-end effective project delivery of the designated publication deliverables across all phases. You will support writers with internal and external stakeholder communication, track delivery of activities, manage issues and risks, and ensure compliance with publication processes and end-to-end publication management tool iEnvision. You will be responsible for documenting and maintaining SOPs and continuously improving our Publication Operation Processes in close collaboration with our GBS and HQ Publication stakeholders.Essential Skills/Experience:- Bachelors or Master's degree in a scientific, medical, health, communications, health outcomes, health economics, public health related field with experience in the Pharma Industry in a Publications Group- A strong understanding across all aspects of scientific publication strategy, planning and execution- Strong iEnvision hands-on experience- Expertise in Project Management- Excellent communication skills- Experience in Pharmaceutical company environment and specifically in matrix, global, multi-cultural organization- Agility and good learning skillsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
