Public Tender & Litigation Counsel (M/F/D)

Public Tender & Litigation Counsel (m/f/d)- You are the legal support primarily for Linde Homecare activities in Spain, possibly also abroad.
- Provide additional legal advice on healthcare-specific legal requirements of other parts of the Linde business.
- Engage closely with Linde internal Homecare/Healthcare management/clients on exciting public tenders and related legal proceedings.
- Collaborate within the Linde Global Law Department, mainly with the REW Homecare Healthcare counsel Germany Switzerland, the EMEA Senior Counsel Healthcare, EMEA Compliance, and the Head of Legal REW.
- Report to and collaborate with BU Homecare Management and Regional Head of Legal.
- Manage legal risks and develop related solutions, both upon request and proactively, including management of external counsel involvement.
- Handle pre-existing and new matters as interim, possibly long-term coverage/complementation in the Region Europe West team.
- Actively participate in the processes of digitalization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.
