Public Tender & Litigation Counsel (M/F/D)

There's a leading home and hospital respiratory care company looking for a dedicated Business Legal Counsel to drive our public tender initiatives, they might be looking for you!
- You have a University degree in law (inhouse) counsel in Spain - Good knowledge of local healthcare, public tender and regulatory laws relevant for the homecare and hospital care business - Additional qualifications abroad, experience on healthcare related litigations/transactions or with another gases and/or engineering company as a plus - At least 5 years' post qualification experience as a healthcare lawyer (or similar), ideally including as in-house counsel or from within law firms with relevant specifications - You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Portuguese is a plus you can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation - You are a teamworker, collaborative person and deal with different key interfaces
