?Role purpose:As an "Account Manager - Public Sector" you are a key-contributor for the growth of our organisation in Spain.
We are looking for a professional with a commercial and administrative profile, experienced in the public sector and focused on financing IT projects (leasing), to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and suppliers, identifying business opportunities, and providing administrative support.
Areas of responsibility:Commercial Management and Client Relationships:Identify potential public sector clients (suppliers/clients)Manage relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring satisfactionPrepare commercial proposals and service offeringsMonitor terms and conditions with clients, operational processes, and targetsAdministrative Support:Assist in the management and follow-up of projects and bidsPrepare reports, budgets, and other administrative documentsCoordinate necessary documentation to participate in public bidsPublic Procurement and Management:Identify and analyze bidding opportunities on electronic platformsEvaluate requirements and prepare offers in collaboration with the managerTrack deadlines and requirements associated with each bidRequired skills:Previous experience in the public sector, managing bids and contracts for IT project financing through leasing modelsKnowledge of procurement platformsCommercial skills to identify and manage business opportunitiesAbility to analyze bids and draft proposalsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAdministrative knowledge and proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, etc.
