As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for public relations and corporate communication activities at AfterShip. Oversee media outreach that supports product launches, company initiatives, and other newsworthy events.
Formulate PR plans that enhance AfterShip's brand voice and presence through online and offline channels.
Work collaboratively to develop processes involving news releases, social media outreach, content marketing, research, interviews, media training, and additional support on special projects.
Write, prepare, and publish press releases and other PR-related copy aligned with the standards of AfterShip and our partners.
Contribute to the creation of content that supports the growth of our brand, including pitching ideas and helping sculpt editorial and customer stories, data-backed reports, and collateral for hiring and CSR initiatives.
Communicate regularly with industry publications to contribute expert articles and blogs, and to seek editorial coverage.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on-message communications for public-facing channels.
Work with our social media specialist to develop promotional and distribution strategies for content projects.
Monitor and track our brand presence in the market.
Develop a strong understanding of the post-purchase environment, including our company's brand, customer needs, key differentiators, and market trends.
Collaborate with our partnership team to prepare applications for industry awards and other opportunities.
Cultivate relationships between AfterShip and thought leaders and influencers in the eCommerce and post-purchase space.
