Eurecat participates in national and European public project calls, and we are searching for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated person to join our team as a Public Funding Project Manager to help researchers and project leaders in the drafting of new competitive proposals for national and European funding programmes.
This person will be responsible for: Support Eurecat researchers in the drafting of new proposals (administrative, legal, and financial area).
Prepare the instructions, summaries, and necessary templates to draft the proposal.
Gather and draft administrative, legal, and descriptive Eurecat information.
Gather and update Eurecat information such as technological departments descriptions, Eurecat projects, publications, technological equipment, etc.
Write the proposals non-technological sections.
Review the quality and eligibility of the proposals.
Carry out the deliverables of the project in a timely manner.
Manage the administrative, legal, and financial items in Eurecat strategic projects (consortium negotiation, preparing the contractual documentation, monitoring the project budget, etc.).
Lead the consortium communication.
Requirements Training and Development: Holding a bachelor or master degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Sciences, etc.
Specific studies in project management and/or European projects are valued.
Prior experience in drafting and submitting grant proposals.
Languages: Excellent English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
High communication skills in Catalan are a plus.
It is advisable to have your own vehicle and be available to travel occasionally.
