Responsibilities:
- Review and authorize PTWs
- Develop and update all PTW procedures, instructions, protocols, registers, and forms.
- Ensure that all procedures and requirements related to PTW are followed by all parties.
- Ensure that all permits are issued in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with HSE requirements.
- Coordinate Owner's Contractors/Subcontractors on Site throughout the permitting process.
- Ensure that field checks and pre-task talks are done through audits and inspections.
- Manage all possible interferences on Site through PTW.
- Update the PTW board, including the Fatal Risk Management, as needed.
- Communicate with Owner about the status of permitting applications and respond to questions about the permitting process.
- Check the adequacy of personnel belonging to the Owner's Contractors, promoting any actions required to achieve objectives.
