POSITION
Reporting to the Area Manager, the mission of the Beauty Consultant is to be the Brand ambassador.
This person will need to achieve sales targets while promoting the Brand image and providing the highest standard customer service.
ResponsibilitiesInitiate contact and build relationships with customers.Identify, understand, and reformulate the customers' needs.Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.Participate in merchandising maintenance/inventory according to corporate guidelines.Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Supervisor to ensure enough products/items in the store.Rotating Schedule: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. / 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.PROFILEHigh school graduate or equivalent.English or French proficiency.Familiarity with Office and Lotus Notes.1-2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
