Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion in Spain and ideally, internationally.
Your Tasks: Overall project management of construction projects/developments.
Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and implementation with the design team.
Coordination of planning teams and control of project teams from inception to handover.
Support in developing project and procurement strategies.
Preparing time schedules and cost estimates, including monitoring resources and schedules.
Supervision of contractors' site activities.
Collaboration with colleagues within the Drees Sommer International organization.
Your Profile: Qualified to degree level in architecture, civil engineering or property development.
At least 5 years of professional experience managing construction projects.
International work experience and intercultural competence preferred.
Excellent English/Spanish skills (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
Ability to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors, and designers proactively.
Willingness to travel within Europe.
