About the Role: TyrAds is looking for a Head Of Gaming Partnerships for the European market. As Head of Games, you will cultivate and grow partnerships with developers in the region, focusing on helping them build successful businesses using the Android platform and Google Play. The position will be responsible for selling our traffic solutions, including OEMs (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, and Transsion) and direct developers. All solutions aim to provide direct MMP links to connect and activate premium traffic sources. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Ideally, you have either start-up or corporate experience with at least 4-6 years of work history.
Location: Either Europe Based/hybrid, or remote.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Think strategically about emerging opportunities, challenges, and complexities in the mobile games ecosystem, and develop thoughtful insights, recommendations, and action plans.Follow best development practices to deliver beyond expectations.Sell TyrAds services focused on mobile performance marketing.Create proposals tailored to clients' needs.Negotiate with clients during the sales process for key aspects like Premium CPI rates, contract terms, and payment terms.Develop long-term relationships with the customer success team.Upsell clients after the first campaign to maintain relationships.Onboard clients to ensure successful integration.Keep track of sales within the CRM system and update it regularly.Work with the Marketing and Revenue operations team to develop personalized marketing campaigns.Manage, lead, and grow a team of Partnership Managers to accelerate mobile gaming businesses.Create and drive regional/local market strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.Develop and execute plans to boost the local games ecosystem, focusing on international growth and product/platform innovation.Lead and mentor a team and participate in the leadership group.Skills & Experience Required:
Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience sourcing and managing relationships, creating, and executing pipelines.Experience in mobile games, digital content, and mobile distribution channels.Experience building partnerships within the gaming industry.Understanding of mobile game development technologies, business models, value chains, and landscape.Excellent product understanding and strategic thinking skills.Benefits of working at TyrAds:
