Energy Business ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated professional located in Madrid with business sense and a devotion to driving sales. If you are passionate about business growth and wish to contribute to the success of our organization, we would love to hear from you.
Main Tasks: Development and Execution of Sales Strategies:Designing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This includes setting goals, segmenting markets, and establishing tactics to achieve the goals.Implementing the sales strategies and supervising their progress, ensuring that the team is following the plan and achieving the expected results.Customer Relations and Business Development:Maintaining relationships with the company's main clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Identifying and capturing new clients, as well as opportunities with existing clients.Managing conflicts or issues with clients to ensure the continuity of business relationships.Interdepartmental Collaboration:Working closely with the engineering team to align sales strategies, ensuring coherent and effective communication.Compliance and Ethics:Ensuring that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical regulations, protecting the company's reputation.Fostering ethical behavior in the sales team, ensuring that they act fairly and responsibly in all business interactions.Skills and Competence: At least 3 years' experience in sales positions.Advanced English level.Valuable experience in the energy sector or consultancy.Strong communication skills.Team player.Proactivity.
