One of this campus is LCI Barcelona.At LCI Barcelona, and reporting to the Academic Director, the candidate will be responsible for providing attention, support, and accompaniment to students facing various difficulties. You will be a key member of the Academic Department team.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide individualized support to students with emotional disorders, learning difficulties, or school adaptation problems, tailoring sessions to the specific needs of each student.Manage and collaborate on projects and initiatives within the Academic Department, supporting the teaching team on matters related to students' mental health and developing group initiatives and dynamics based on their needs.Coordinate with other services and staff in the psychopedagogy area, referring severe cases to external institutions when necessary, maintaining close contact with these institutions and families to ensure optimal follow-up for the student.Prepare progress reports for students to document their development and ensure adequate attention to their needs throughout the academic year.Convey the school's values and address each academic situation or incident with a service-oriented attitude, ensuring empathetic and dynamic communication.Resolve inquiries and provide support through all channels (phone, email, and in person) to deliver comprehensive guidance.REQUIREMENTSDegree in Psychology or Educational Psychology.Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English at a native or bilingual level.Skills: Organizational ability, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and learning ability.BENEFITSInternational organization established for over 60 years.Permanent, full-time position.Lunch allowance after 6 months.In-house training discounts program, for employees and family members.Company location in the modern design neighborhood @22 in Barcelona in a brand new campus, ideal for public transportation.Do you want to contribute to innovative projects in collaboration with teams?
