At LCI Barcelona, and reporting to the Academic Director, the candidate will be responsible for providing attention, support, and accompaniment to students facing various difficulties that prevent them from continuing their studies at LCI Barcelona. You will be a key member of the Academic Department team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting students with learning difficulties, various disorders, or difficulties adapting to school.Managing and collaborating on all projects and actions specific to the academic department and the student services team.Supporting tasks in the Academic Secretariat services.Conveying the school's values, addressing and resolving each academic situation or incident from a service-oriented attitude.Communicating and listening dynamically and empathetically through any channel, whether by phone, email, or in person.REQUIREMENTS Degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology.Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English at a native or bilingual level.Skills: Organizational ability, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving, teamwork skills, and learning ability.BENEFITS Established international organization for over 60 years.Full-time position.1 day/week remote work.
