We are currently looking for a: Merchandise Planning Manager Roles & Responsibilities: What You Will Do How You Will Make a Difference: Drive financial results that maximize sales, inventory, and profitability.
Create pre-season plans and manage in-season sales forecasts and inventory, through recommendations on best practice sharing, purchasing of products to be out-of-stock, promos to implement in low rotation products.
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by category of product.
Develop and train Park Retail Managers - instill a passion for continuous improvement and can-do attitude.
Seek solutions to business obstacles and process opportunities.
How You Will Do It: Collaborate with Merchandising teams at HQ and Park levels to develop pre-season strategies that align with future financial and product opportunities.
Work with Merchandising teams at HQ and Park levels to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-season product strategies, taking into account weekly sales report per park and by product.
Develop and implement new reporting systems and planning tools.
Manage inventory and constantly strive for improved productivity.

Experience Years of Related Professional Experience: 4+ years in Merchandise Planning (Corporate Retail preferred).
Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Education A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Retail Fundamentals & Business Acumen: Open to Buy, Inventory Management, Sales/Inventory forecasting.
Financial and Business Acumen: Evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.
Analytic Skills: Think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.
Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.

Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
Physical/ Travel Requirements: This position requires less than 20% travel.
