As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?YOUR ROLEWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the digital platform, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the sequence of features and releases to achieve the strategic goals of the digital platform.Agile Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create and manage user stories, detailing the specific functionality and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the digital platform meets their needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and smooth execution of development activities.Feature Delivery: Monitor and track the progress of feature development, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key metrics and user feedback to measure the performance of the digital platform and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent experience7 years' experience in a similar roleUnderstanding of logistics business in particular transport and specifically vehicle logisticsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent in FrenchWHAT DO WE OFFER?You will work for one of the world's leading logistics operators that will help you in your career development by offering you multiple opportunities.
