Mission Department
The mission of the HR Department is to deliver a service according to the needs of the internal clients (employees and collaborators) in a smooth, efficient and correct way to ensure client satisfaction. The HR Department provides a role that strives to achieve a balance between the corporate goals and objectives and the satisfaction and welfare of our employees.
Organisational Context and Mission
The position is located in Barcelona, we are offering a hybrid working model. The HR Payroll Junior reports to the HR Lead - Collaborators.
This position is temporary most likely until the end of June 2025.
Role and Responsibilities Payroll and Invoicing
Support in executing the monthly payroll process for collaborators, including:
- Processing and tracking variables,
- Accruals for the Finance Department and specifications for collaborators (Power BI)
- Processing collaborators' invoices
- Handle all tickets related to variables, specifications and invoices, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Monitoring collaborators inboxMembership and Records Management
Manage BIR (British Institute Radiology) membership processes. Maintain and update GMC (General Medical Council) records and requirements.General Administration
Create and maintain collaborators folders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain data in HRMS and support reports and statistics. Support HR specialist colleagues in other BU's if needed. Overall contribution to the development of the company. Ensure that we are working according to the quality standards and that the processes are documented, and users are informed. Meeting quality and production standards and deadlines.Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills Educational background – You have a University degree and an interest in HR.MS Office – You have an advanced Excel level.Language skills - TMC is a multinational and diverse company.
