Job Description: An opportunity for an management of events and VIP visits within Airbus Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the management of events and VIP visits.
RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with Senior Management and their offices for all hospitality and VIP visits.
Act as a project manager for Protocol and Events activities in Spain, with particular focus on Getafe and Illescas.
Plan and deliver on time and on quality Protocol and Events activities.
Work closely with Spain Communications team to ensure consistent communication, visibility and best practice sharing.
Act and behave by respecting Ethics and Compliance rules.
Organize External / Internal VIP visits.
Plan, implement, deliver and evaluate events on request of and in harmonization with the Communications processes to the highest professional standards ensuring engagement of appropriate stakeholders throughout the planning and delivery process.
Collect brief and all necessary information to ascertain precise visits or events requirements.
Be responsible for the event or visit.
Decide on treatment for each visitor and take necessary actions or delegate tasks to outside suppliers.
Ensure that appropriate protocol is followed during a visit or event, according to the level of visitors and hosts.
Coordinate all subcontractors during the event.
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are respected.
Manage the budget.
Organize follow-up sessions for lessons learnt and recommendations for the next editions.

We are looking forward to know you: Educated in a Protocol / Communication degree or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience working in Events & Protocol.
Knowledge in Branding, Social Media, Protocols & Hospitality, Ethics & Compliance, of Project management will be a plus.
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
German or French would be an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Team spirit and Team work.
