We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.We are looking for a Protein Discovery Scientist to join the Discovery Research Department within the Scientific Innovation Office Division at Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma.The main mission will be to initiate, plan, coordinate, and carry out the technical aspects of assigned projects within established timelines, ensuring that all developments, validations, etc., are conducted according to internal procedures and GMP regulations.What your responsibilities will beYou will design and supervise laboratory assays.You will review and analyze data (graphs, statistics).You will write methods and technical reports.You will prepare presentations of results.You will optimize new laboratory methods.You will conduct literature searches and reviews.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
