Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree. Engineering is preferable. Degree in marketing, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration may also be considered.
- Experience in Solar PV projects of at least 5 years is a must.
- Work experience for at least 8 years.
- Demonstrated experience working with subcontract tenders in an EPC company.
- Experience using procurement software and databases.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Netsuite (Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and procedures.
- High analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong initiative and creative thinking.
- Ability to work individually (autonomous and proactive) and as a team.ActivitiesThe Proposals Coordinator shall provide support to the EPC Team in:
- Evaluation of Solar PV EPC commercial proposals.
- Support in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) for EPC processes, main equipment (PV modules, inverters, trackers, structures, HV transformers, etc.) and external services.
- Assist in keeping all project documentation and RFP records well-structured and classified.
- Develop capacity to perform risk analysis and comparison of commercial proposals.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Review and analyze RFP documents to ensure adequate information for budget and proposal preparation is provided.
- Preparation of high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy under the pressure of changing timelines.
- Drafting of formal communication to Contractors and Suppliers in line with the respective RFP documents and specification requirements, maintaining properly organized records.
