Proposals Coordinator - Totalenergies Renewables Ibérica

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree. Engineering is preferable. Degree in marketing, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration may also be considered.

• Experience in Solar PV projects of at least 5 years is a must.

• Work experience for at least 8 years.

• Demonstrated experience working with subcontract tenders in an EPC company.

• Experience using procurement software and databases.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Netsuite (Oracle) is a plus.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and procedures.

• High analytical and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, with strong initiative and creative thinking.

• Ability to work individually (autonomous and proactive) and as a team.

Activities

The Proposals Coordinator shall provide support to the EPC Team in:

• Evaluation of Solar PV EPC commercial proposals.

• Support in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) for EPC processes, main equipment (PV modules, inverters, trackers, structures, HV transformers, etc.) and external services.

• Assist in keeping all project documentation and RFP records well-structured and classified.

• Develop capacity to perform risk analysis and comparison of commercial proposals.

• Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents.

• Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Review and analyze RFP documents to ensure adequate information for budget and proposal preparation is provided.

• Preparation of high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy under the pressure of changing timelines.

• Drafting of formal communication to Contractors and Suppliers in line with the respective RFP documents and specification requirements, maintaining properly organized records.

• Registration of the purchase orders on the ERP company software.
