Proposal Manager

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years' experience inroad engineering, experience in road safety is preferable; 5+ years' experience inproposal management; Fluent spoken and written (minimum C1 level) English, Spanish and/or French are a plus; Field experience in international projects is preferred; Self-motivated and proactive individual, able to work in both small and large engineering team environments delivering results; Able to provide innovative, fit for purpose, solutions whilst meeting basic client engineering requirements.Key Activities & Responsibilities:Management of proposals/quotations for international projects.Identification of business development opportunities and tenders.Preparation of proposals/quotations.Location:Almeria, Andalusia (Spain)Job position only for persons with a valid Schengen residence permit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
