The Proposal Lead Coordinator is a part-time position, responsible for the preparation of proposals in response to government solicitations, analyzing proposal requirements, and ensuring 100% responsiveness and completion of tasks in accordance with established timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
The salary range for this position, based on the market data, is Php250-300/hour (the range varies depending on experience and qualifications).
Key ResponsibilitiesOutlining proposal requirements for assigned opportunities;Developing schedules to comply with due dates;Identifying and coordinating staff resources to draft proposal documents;Assisting in the writing of proposal sections;Editing and reviewing draft documents for conformance to proposal requirements;Managing the production of hard copy and electronic proposal documents.Qualifications To Be Successful In The RoleBachelor's degree;Outstanding organization, writing, editing, and software skills;Extreme attention to detail and deadline-driven;Experienced with standard word processing;Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment;Familiarity with Government forms such as the SF 254/255 and SF 330 and technical background is a plus;Proposal coordination/management experience, preferably on Government opportunities, is also a plus.Why Planate?Planate Management Group is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
