It will manage third-partners to define product vision, roadmap, and related go-to-market strategy/activities for Accor.Other main responsibilities will include:Deliver a long-term vision for PMS, Point of Sales, and Sales & Catering aligned with the Accor Tech strategy and transformation plan.Lead the selection of PMS, Point of Sales, and Sales & Catering Worldwide; Define the standards, process, and shell of PMS, S&C, and POS; Collaborate with peers in the regions, central tech teams, and Digital Factory team to align the strategy and roadmap with business goals.Build and lead a high-performing technology team across different regions.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Manage functional backlog, product requests, product roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements; Document and communicate with central teams and the regions on maintenance, upgrades, new releases, new functionalities, new procedures, guidelines, processes, and golden rules.Responsible for capacity planning of environment, define the architecture, and guarantee performance.Build and animate a community across regions to promote automation, and leverage the use of the systems to better service hotels.Responsible for providing the standards reports, implement, configure, and maintain.Responsible for analyzing and defining the referenced systems to be interfaced as well as their technology for connection.Accountable for global projects and responsible for adoption of the product in the regions/worldwide.Responsible for defining the key results and tracking the execution.Be responsible for strategic partnerships and work with procurement to lead necessary contract negotiations.Monitor and track the performance, quality of the product, satisfaction of hotels, and SLA of the providers.Leverage outsourcing companies to deliver part of tasks.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years' experience within a multi-national hospitality industry
