Our work is domestic and global, often affecting the most vulnerable in society, with international activity oriented towards conflict-affected or developing countries.We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive or Account Manager to support the delivery and management of all aspects of one of the most important communications programs in the agency.You'll join a lovely bunch of passionate communications professionals, creative thinkers, media analysts, and problem solvers in developing audience-focused solutions to complex communications challenges.Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Account Handling / Client Service team in Sydney to ensure effective and timely project delivery, on time, on brief, and within budget to fill contractual obligations.RESPONSIBILITIES Support the timely delivery of all media and communications projects according to contract timelines.Support in the delivery of internal and external reporting such as status reports and weekly-monthly media & creative performance reports.Support on day-to-day tasks within the Sydney team which might include brief writing, liaising with external suppliers, financial management, project management, and communicating with clients regarding project delivery.Work closely with the Account Handling team to maintain a balanced and efficient workload across the wider team.Help manage the workflows of a diverse group of staff in partnership with production.Present information to clients, with support from your senior team.Reporting: Responsible for weekly reporting to your senior team as required.Contribute detailed information on any media projects as and when required by the team.Situational Awareness: Build on an in-depth understanding of the media environment and production capabilities in the industry.Develop subject matter expertise across the program's objectives.Also: Show initiative to improve internal processes and end products.Be prepared to assist outside the stated core responsibilities and be proactive in supporting small, dynamic project teams.Be prepared to work across Singapore and Australia time zones and occasional irregular hours.ABOUT YOU Essential: Account Manager: 2-3 years' experience in the industry.Fluent in written and spoken English.Excellent oral and written communications skills (English).Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Sense of responsibility towards the organization's reputation
