Description Requirements:
Experience:
Experience in property management or real estate, preferably in luxury rentals market.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Marbella's real estate market with expertise in rental property management.
Communication skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Customer service:
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners.
Negotiation skills:
Ability to negotiate rental agreements, resolve conflicts and handle tenant issues effectively.
Organisational skills:
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, maintenance schedules and rental agreements simultaneously.
Problem-solving:
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve property management issues in a timely manner.
Relationship building:
Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, property owners and service providers.

Availability:
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required, especially during high-demand periods or emergencies.
Responsibilities:
Tenant relations:
Communicating with tenants regarding leasing agreements, rental payments and property-related concerns.
Lease management:
Overseeing lease agreements, renewals and terminations in compliance with local rental laws.
Property maintenance:
Coordinating property inspections, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Financial management:
Collecting rental payments, managing budgets and preparing financial reports for property owners.
Legal compliance:
Ensuring properties meet all legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
Tenant screening:
Conducting background checks on potential tenants and verifying rental references.
Emergency response:
Handling emergency maintenance requests and addressing tenant emergencies promptly.
Vendor management:
Hiring and managing contractors, maintenance personnel, and other service providers.
Property inspections:
Conducting regular inspections to assess property conditions and address maintenance issues.
