Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our villas in the Alicante South area (from La Mata to San Juan de la Ribera-Murcia). The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus and possess a strong background in property or hotel management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Financial Acumen: Understanding and managing budgets, financial records, and cost control (You will have support). Key Responsibilities: Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of properties and villas management with customer experiences. Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair activities. Tenant Relations: Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Compliance Management: Ensure properties adhere to local regulations and standards, with support from our legal department. Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and activities, with team support. Qualifications: Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Experience: Proven background in property management or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
