We offer high quality and sustainable logistic solution for the biggest actors of ecommerce, logistics, automotive, etc. such as Amazon, Zalando, DB Schenker, and many more...We are currently looking for a new colleague in Property Management to develop our activities in Barcelona.What will the role involve?Development of strong relationships with customers requiring regular visits to each asset; The presentation ofthe Portfolio and all technical aspects, including structural maintenance and repairs, building management systems, management of customer issues; The preparation andexecution of short and long term capex plans; All insurance matters, including co-ordinating the processes of obtaining certification from lessees and the administration of claims; The preparation of the annual building budgets and in the calculation and recovery of outgoings from customers; The process of reconciling customers' accounts; The arrears controlprocess; The processing of suppliers' invoices, answering correspondence and monitoring payments; Providing assistance to the accounts staff in all accounting matters including information of data to be entered into the property management system; Managing lease agreements from HOT onwards, including the full setup of the lease in property tool, managing the statutory rent deposits both with customer and authorities; Manage the handoverprocess (including all relevant documentation) in relation to new developments; Ensure data integrity in property tool and all relevant property documents are stored in SAGE; Assisting the Portfolio Manager with the carrying out of rent reviews, including the monitoring of diaries, the interpretation of lease clauses, the documentation and calculation of reviews and all other duties reasonably requested.Who are we looking for?Technical or Property Management related degree; Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal); At least 1- 2 yearsof experience in property managementKeen interest in property building and its technical aspects; Initiative and problem solving; Sharing knowledge and teamwork.How it's like to work at Goodman?Goodman is constantly working on enhancing agility and increasing well-being at work.
