Role Overview: As a Property Manager specializing in client account management, you will be the point of contact for clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience with our software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for helping clients succeed. Must speak English and Spanish on a conversational level. Responsibilities: Maintaining consistent communication and providing support as needed for a portfolio of clients.Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.Liaise with other departments to ensure the client's experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.Qualifications: Proven experience in property management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, innovative companyPlease submit your resume in English.
