Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in the process of purchasing a property in Spain.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on the local real estate market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Manage property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentation.
Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to clients.

Requirements

Experience in real estate or sales
Excellent communication and social skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Valid driver's license.
