You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelez International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.
How you will contribute
You will:
Lead the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)
Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate in trade marketing strategic decisions
Lead the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks
Suggest and influence investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and be accountable for execution excellence at the point of sale
Follow up the competition's commercial activity in the category to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
Play a leadership role within the multi-category teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to finding business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieving multi-category targets

La persona que ocupe esta posición será la responsable de establecer la estrategia promocional óptima para asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía protegiendo los objetivos de eficiencia y rentabilidad. A su vez será la persona responsable de analizar la situación del mercado para poder proponer la mejor estrategia de formatos que cubran las necesidades de los compradores.
Funciones a realizar
Trabajar la eficiencia de las promociones: Analizar el desempeño de nuestros tipos de promociones para establecer el marco promocional que permita a Ventas y CP&A utilizarlas de mejor manera, maximizando su impacto tanto en volumen como en cuota de mercado y así mismo en eficiencias. Tiene el doble objetivo tanto en acción a corto plazo como en estrategia a largo plazo para asegurar una estrategia sostenible en el tiempo.
Estrategia de Surtido – PPA: Análisis de nuestros productos para establecer pautas que CP & Marketing pueda utilizar para mejorar el rendimiento de nuestro portafolio, ya sea mediante el lanzamiento de nuevos formatos o mediante la reordenación de los existentes. El objetivo principal es que las Categorías generen acciones a corto plazo y una estrategia a largo plazo para mejorar los Ingresos que aseguren la consecución de los objetivos de la compañía.
Business Intelligence: Estar al corriente de las principales bases de datos que adquirimos (Nielsen, Kantar, Publinfo) y propias (BI, KPP) con el fin de entregar retroalimentación significativa buscando siempre maximizar el valor de las mismas y brindar luz facilitando la charla a todos los equipos que las utilizan.
