.Job Description:The IT Project Manager supports the hotel's digital transformation journey, overseeing all aspects of IT projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet objectives and are completed on time and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Develop and lead comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Ensure clear communication with stakeholders of project goals and expectations.Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing agreements with external vendors and service providers.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.Lead project team meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts/misunderstandings as needed.Monitor and track project progress to ensure milestones and deliverables meet timelines effectively.Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members regularly.Prepare regular progress reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations for management.Proactively address project challenges and adjust plans as necessary.Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Supervise and monitor project expenditures to ensure that they remain within the allocated budget.Implement quality assurance processes to validate deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements, standards, and expectations.Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve defects or deficiencies.Gather feedback from end-users, team members, and stakeholders to evaluate project execution and improve project strategy, outcomes, and efficiency.Manage project timelines, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.Travel and work remotely for periods of time when project requires it.About You (Essential Knowledge):Proven experience in project management or similar role.Experience on Business case elaboration.Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Skills in collaboration, teamwork, and conflict resolution.High level of English and Spanish, written and spoken.Strong organizational skills.Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components.Availability to travel according to project needs.About You (Beneficial Knowledge):Awareness of industry-specific regulations (e.G., GDPR) and compliance requirements for data protection.Understanding of IT concepts and technologies relevant to the project.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall).Experience with project management software and tools (e.G., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
