We are looking for an action and support-oriented Projects Sales Engineer for our Iberia Strategic Sales team, responsible for all sales activities for KOB1/2 customers assigned, to achieve the agreed Sales, Bookings, Gross Profit, and strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services in EPCs. As an expert dealing with project sales in the strategic sales group, you will be the main sales point of contact with the assigned customers, providing pre-sales support.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Build and maintain EPC MSOL account plan, organize exchange seminars, technology acceptance, preferential communication channels, digital transformation, work-process integration, and digitally enabling tools. Understand Emerson's unique selling propositions and ensure best positioning and acceptance of MSOL technologies, products, and services at the EPC and develop long-term relationships. Lead strategic projects according to PPVVCC fundamentals. Maintain early visibility of the EPC project funnel using CRM, own accurate forecasting. Participate actively in strategy project pursuits, ensuring and helping to support an All-In approach. Collaborate with the MSOL international project sales organization for providing access to the relevant EPC stakeholders for major international projects as needed, acting as a positively contributing team member. Align with the PMO proposal resources and European EPC sales manager for generating proper quotation strategies, spec reviews, pricing strategy as part of the pursuit process. Collaborate with BU and Strategic teams and communicate and share relevant information proactively. Monitor and understand the competitive environment, develop strategies to displace competition and defend Emerson's position. Constantly expand a network of contacts across the accounts, identifying the relevant stakeholders for positioning the different value messages across all product lines. Provide feedback on key projects (won, lost, quoted, etc.), business trends, opportunities for better customer engagement, and growth. Observe the Business Ethics standards stipulated by Emerson. Perform other duties as required by supervisor. FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED: Engineering degree or comparable technical education, preferably specialized in Instrumentation. At least 5 years of sales/technical experience in the industrial market. Strong Microsoft user. Be an action-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven sales person. Be a team player willing to work with other salespeople in the region and globally. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
