Checking daily results
Quality control of study participants
Communication with partners
Data set analysis
Processing tickets
Preparation of data in Excel
Evaluation of study participants
Validation of data sets

Requirements

Experience in customer service
Knowledge of market research an advantage
Knowledge of the postal & logistics sector an advantage
Ability to work in agile teams
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello, Confluence
Good communication skills within the team, with partners and customers
English level B2 at least C1 preferred
Organized and meticulous work ethic
High adherence to deadlines & ability to work on time
Analytical & holistic thinking
Affinity for statistics, data and data analysis
