Join Ecolab's team as a Project Support Administrative Trainee. This management opportunity will play a key role in supporting different stakeholders, mainly the Engineering Department. This position ensures all necessary reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Job Characteristics: Performs high level general administrative duties in support of an individual, group of professionals and/or business processes. Compiles and analyses basic information for reports or presentation materials and prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Downstream & Chemical Engineering project trackingStatus updates from Technical Service Request (TSR) to Equipment deliveryMonthly / quarterly reporting based on Engineering project tracking, innovation tracking database, TSRs in CRM, open projects in execution, equipment highlightsOrder and cost preparation, order amendments, invoice revision and acceptance consulting with Sales, Engineering and Service TeamsSupport for supplier's administrative queries and information regarding company details, invoicing methods, invoicing data, PO information requestsSAP data and information supply for Engineering team including vendor Nº, standard item cost, order detailsDocument preparation and control if neededLogistics & Transport SupervisionDelivery item follow-ups with delivery dates and shipment trackingImport / export item paperwork and tracking and complete administration for customs clearanceCoordination of required documentation for shipping and transportShipment handling & stock from Alcala office and transport invoice revisionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Grado Superior Administración y Finanzas or similar.
