```htmlJob Opportunity: Project & Structured Finance Sr. AnalystLeap29 has a fantastic opportunity in Madrid for a Project & Structured Finance Sr. Analyst to support the development, financing, and sale of large-scale Solar & BESS projects across the EMEA Region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings, PPA and EPC bids, and M&A activities.Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and sales.Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers.Assist in the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions.Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and ensure smooth project progress.Conduct research, statistical analysis, and manage project insurance programs.Skills & Competencies:Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros and Visual Basic.Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Finance and/or M&A.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise tasks.Education & Training:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Experience with a Big Four firm or investment fund is a plus.MBA or relevant master's qualification is highly desirable.Native-like proficiency in English (other European languages are a plus).If you're interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to Oana at ******.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
