¿Qué buscamos?
Necesitamos una persona con gran capacidad de trabajo, capacidad analítica, atención al detalle, iniciativa y flexibilidad a la que le guste trabajar en equipo y clara vocación al cliente.
Principales responsabilidades: Ayudar con la gestión de una herramienta de control horario (trabajo en Excel, gestión de incidencias, etc.).
Revisar documentación (contratos, altas, bajas, certificados…). Generar informes de seguimiento de la actividad.
Colaborar en proyectos de RRHH de diversa índole (Desarrollo, Talento, Compensación y Beneficios, Igualdad…).
Participar en el onboarding de nuevos empleados (entrega del pack de desarrollo, mejora de la comunicación enviada a empleados cuando se incorporan a la compañía, entrega de listados para la organización del onboarding presencial…).
Generar un reporte mensual de movimientos de RRHH para el comité ejecutivo.
Hacer seguimiento de las publicaciones dirigidas a empleados y actualizar los artículos publicados en la intranet para empleados.
¿Qué se necesita?
Titulación universitaria.
Conocimiento de herramientas de MS Office.
Gran capacidad analítica, persona resolutiva.
Capacidad de comunicación.
Inglés fluido hablado y escrito (B2).
Valorable:
Experiencia en departamentos de soporte a Recursos Humanos.
Iniciativa y creatividad para proponer soluciones.
