You will support Ruhrpumpen by providing a single point contact for international Engineering contractors, consultants and Licensors.
Managing the defined territory and leading strategic focus with regular interface for assigned accounts.
Primarily responsible to increase OE sales from early identification of feasibility/FEED studies and targeting EPC's through their Engineering and procurement process whilst liaising closely with RP end-user sales to ensure an effective sales process.
Main Responsibilities: Single Point of Contact calling on customers in the territory on a regular basis to grow the business in all project market segments, per the guidelines established.
Grow business in all project market segments by calling on assigned customers on a regular basis to ensure RP are invited, considered, and possibly preferred by key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain active relationships with buying influences and develop new relationships to maintain and grow customer / territory interactions through extended RP offerings and solutions.
Identify ways for RP to extend our relationship with existing customers through defining needs and applying suggested solutions, which may benefit customer metrics.
Represent all Ruhrpumpen products as defined in sales strategies.
Partner with customers to understand project specifications and scope requirements to ensure proposals are generated to meet requirements.
Negotiate orders, including all technical, commercial, and legal terms and conditions to mutual satisfaction of all parties.
Entertain customers during and outside normal business hours on regular bases.
Responsible for all customer / territory communications and interactions through daily update in CRM and forecast which includes industry / market / account competitive analysis to support management strategy development.
Qualifications & Required Competencies: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Travel is a must 5+ years' experience selling engineered equipment and service direct to Distributors, EPC, End Users and OEMs.
Extensive understanding of the Engineering contractor process Thorough understanding of tender processes including technical specifications combined with the ability to translate requirements into product sales strategies.
Upon training the Project Sales role is expected to size, select pumps and be able to produce New equipement proposals utilizing RP quotation & CRM tools.
Rotating equipment experience is a plus.
Experience utilizing CRM software for account and territory management.
Fluent communication skills in English.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
