DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and provide support to involved departments.Manage supply chain risk and ensure timely project materialization.Request and interpret offers to support decision-making for the most suitable offer in coordination with the responsible lead buyer.Optimize prices and reduce costs.Clarify technical issues with suppliers related to materials, quality, and logistics.Manage supplier contracts.Report to Headquarters.Maintain and update databases: prices, delivery conditions, etc.Oversee the procurement process for assigned projects, from identifying requirements to sourcing, negotiation, and finalizing contracts with suppliers.Ensure the timely procurement of materials, services, and equipment in line with project schedules and budgets.Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on project requirements and lead buyer's guidelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers, negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing.Ensure that suppliers meet the quality standards and delivery schedules required for each project.Monitor and optimize procurement costs to stay within budget.Support the project team in analyzing and managing costs and finding opportunities for savings or efficiency improvements.Work closely with project managers, engineers, lead buyers, and all other involved.Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.REQUIREMENTS:Fluent in English & Spanish written and oral.5 or more years of experience in a similar position inside the Electronic Purchasing department.Strong negotiation and communication skills for discussions with internal teams and suppliers.Target focused and problem-solver.Organized, precise, and methodical.Deep knowledge of mechanical and electronic components and market information.Project management experience.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in making presentations required.Good laptop skills are a must.Teamwork spirit with cross function for supplier management.OFFER:Competitive remuneration and bonus.100% flexibility (Office open from 7am to 8pm).Working week 40h/week - Mon/Fri, Average 11h per week WFH.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
