As the Project Proposal Manager, you'll align sales strategies and create project proposals for new opportunities, especially in offshore markets.
You'll collaborate with internal and client teams to develop proposals that are accurate, cost-effective, and competitive, highlighting ability to execute projects successfully.GeneralManage project proposals during sales, serving as the main customer contact.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate risk and opportunity assessments.Facilitate transition to execution and develop cost-effective sales strategies.Project Proposal ManagementWork with solution teams and purchasing to create comprehensive proposals including:Execution strategyTransportation and route assessmentInstallation, testing, and commissioningTower solutionsContract reviewsTender preparationScheduling and interface managementMarket AnalysisTrack competitiveness, perform cost analyses, and develop risk strategies.Provide cost-saving feedback to solutions department.Supplier Development- Support supplier relationships, ensure favorable contracts, and conduct technical reviews.Project Procurement- Assist in procuring vessels, cranes, and logistics with accurate tenders and bids.Cranage and Installation and Logistics Solutions- Stay informed on industry equipment and collaborate on cost-efficient solutions for onshore and offshore projects.Contract Closure and Handover- Aid in contract negotiations and hand over project solutions to the delivery team.
