You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll manage the overall Project Product Introduction (PI) activities and in particular Reliability Growth to achieve Warranty closure.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, quality), represent the PI function within the Project Core Team and in front of the customer and much more.
You'll specifically take care of supporting the Project Manager & Warranty Customer Site Manager in representing the project in all Product Introduction-related matters towards the customer but also being Part of Project Core Team in all applicable Product Introduction deliveries & execution/activities, from the start of the project (D1).
We'll look to you for: Ensures that PI processes & instructions are implemented, communicated, used and supported in the project (internally & externally including customer).
Be formalized in Warranty/PI Management Plan.
Ensures that sufficient and adequately skilled resources are available to produce the PI deliverables.
Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package.
Manage Reliability Growth with customer and internally (Defects/issues (Kx), Field Modifications, …) to achieve the contractual Reliability target (ensure that delivered products receives agreed rectification).
Ensures that field experience and field-data (REX) is captured & feed-back to the project/organization in accordance with the PI processes during start-up, design, realization (manufacturing) and field support phases.
Ensures that all PI related deliverables (during project reviews / Development for Quality (DFQ)) are performed in a timely manner and delivered in accordance with contract & PI standards, through planning, communication (report to Project Core Team) and control.
Establish the strategy and mobilization plan for commissioning & warranty period (including the clear definition and agreement for the use of the customer's infrastructure).
Ensure adequacy of customer infrastructure to support PI intervention & activities.
Implement a incident management process to follow-up Non Conformity Report (NCR)'s/8D with Quality.
Ensure closure of Open Items, the field modification/retrofits and reporting on same.
Manage project dedicated PI staff.
Ensure appropriate internal and external audits and assessments.
Ensure respect of Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) and Customer EHS requirements for all Customer Site activities with the support of EHS team representatives.
Coordinate Obsolescence management for proper evaluation of last time by end spart parts (applicable for Digital & Information Systems).
Ensures adequacy of supplier commitment with contractual warranty requirements.
Ensures supplier charge-back agreement and execution.
Identify potential additional Services sales opportunities arising during warranty period.

High level of English.
5 years of experience in maintenance/project management/technical assistance.
Desirable: experience in signalling projects.
Product knowledge.
EHS knowledge/exposure.
Data analytics.
In addition for Senior position: Multi-Platform Product knowledge.
Strong self-government.
Field Experience.
RAM.
Customer contact.
Desirable: Railway Safety/Product liability, Field Experience, RAM, Problem Solving skills, Engineering knowledge, DFQ (Quality and Audit skills), Customer contact and Contract management.
