Role: Snr Project Procurement Analyst (Global) - Raw Materials/Directs
Location: Barcelona (1 day per week in office - more if preferred)

Current Right to Work in Spain required This exciting procurement analyst role offers an experienced procurement analyst the opportunity to join a brilliant team in Barcelona. You'll lead a range of analytical projects outlined below and work as a core part of the procurement team, leading on projects such as PowerBi Dashboard creation and the strategic analysis of raw material tenders/spend/suppliers for numerous Procurement Category Managers globally. Further, you play a key role in implementing new AI tooling and managing existing tools. Excitingly, you'll also gain considerable engagement with senior stakeholders globally, including presenting on key projects/data.
The role:Partner and understand the key priorities and business needs across the business (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams)Evaluate supplier proposals to identify opportunities and risks. Create, maintain, and update data for tenders in real-time, to support negotiations and decision-making in a constantly changing business environmentImplement AI digital technologies to improve procurement processes and collaborate with existing 3rd party technology platform providers, such as Sievo, Scanmarket, and AirtableAdminister Procurement tools, including access, user accounts management, and spend classificationSupport Category Managers to maintain and update Sievo spend, contract and savings data in real-timeSet up and monitor KPI'sExplore stakeholder requirements and create new dashboards and solutions accordinglyGather business intelligence from various systems internally and with 3rd partiesLearn from and share best practices among the multiple global categoriesOccasional travel might be requiredRequirements:4-5+ years of experience in Analytics/Business IntelligenceAt least a year supporting procurement with analyticsAdvanced understanding of data visualizationStrong experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar - including the creation of DashboardsExperience analysing or interacting with raw material markets a bonusSQL a bonusIf interested, please let me know ASAP.
