You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll update full schedules for low criticality projects or parts of schedules of projects with any criticality .
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project management, subsystem management), collect time related progress information and much more.
You'll specifically take care of preparing standard progress reports , but also applying the company's time management processes.
We'll look to you for: In contract or program execution: Maintain schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company's procedures Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions Report the actual or potential delays to the core project team Prepare standard schedule and progress reports Performance measurement in contract or program execution: Timely updates of schedules Timely updates of progress reports and standard KPIs All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Engineering or Business degree High Level in English is a must 3-5 years of experience as Project Planning Knowledge of a scheduling tool Basic knowledge of project scheduling theory.
Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fundamental knowledge of the engineering or construction industries.
Prepared to learn Good interpersonal skills; a team player.
Accuracy and attention to details Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment.
